Tenure with Crosland: Since 2004 Professional Experience
As a Director of Development for the Residential division in the Raleigh office, Jeff is responsible for the development, design, construction and stabilization of multi-family and mixed use developments. Working closely with the in-house general contracting and property management teams, he has been a key contributor to the successful development of over 1,500 residential units and 600,000 sf of commercial. Active projects include Chapel Watch and Chapel Hill North in Chapel Hill as well as Bradford, a mixed-use project in Cary. In addition to being a registered professional engineer, Jeff is a LEED AP and works closely with the residential team to implement and improve sustainable features into the residential pipeline of projects.
Prior to joining the Residential division, Jeff was in the Crosland Retail division and managed the development of 3 shopping centers. Professional experience also includes land development design management and seven years of active duty military service as an officer in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps.
